Position Overview
**Job Overview:**
Responsible for the effective administration of Company workers’ compensation policies and procedures and ensures compliance with all State and Federal laws as it relates to Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, ADA, and other leave of absence protections following work-related injuries.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversees the day-to-day administration of the Company Workers’ Compensation Program for multiple states within designated business unit
+ Partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify preventative opportunity areas
+ Assesses all new claims and immediately engage in those that are serious, questionable, or lost time
+ Monitors and maintains appropriate contact with all managers and employees on workers’ compensation ensuring timely return to work
+ Partners with claims adjusters, nurse case managers, EHS, Risk Management, managers, and employees and works with team to develop claims strategy
