This role is remote but will require candidates to be onsite 1-2x a month at our Rosemont, IL Headquarters.
Position Responsibilities:

+ Oversee and strategize the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims to ensure timely, accurate outcomes

+ Partner with the TPA and key stakeholders (HR, Risk Management, Legal, Operations, Safety, Corporate Nurses, Medical Providers, Excess Carriers) to ensure effective claim management, regulatory compliance, and timely care

+ Provide financial oversight, including reserve management, settlement evaluation and authority, escalation to excess carriers, and development of settlement strategies (e.g., annuities, MSAs)

+ Lead TPA oversight through claim reviews, audits, and claims examiner performance management to ensure adherence to service expectations, best practices, and customer experience
