It seeks a capable junior to mid-level insurance & workers compensation lawyer to join it’s strong group. Opportunity to also enjoy some public and product liability, professional negligence claims, and asbestos work if desired. Work will involve some serious and catastrophic injuries, and the opportunity will also present to engage in contractual and indemnity disputes, multi-party litigation and recovery proceedings.
