• Position Type: Right to Hire
• Duration: Three to Six months temp-to-hire employment offering comprehensive job training and continued mentorship ongoing.
• Pay Rate: $28 - $34/Hr as a contractor; expectation is that total compensation transfers into a non-exempt employee status, upon successfully meeting requirements for perm conversion.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST

The Workers' Compensation Defense Legal Secretary supports our in-house counsel in defending workers' compensation claims. You will be the backbone of the litigation process, ensuring that filings are precise, deadlines are met, and communication between claims examiners and the WCAB is seamless.
