Workforce Management Analyst III

Under the supervision of the Workforce Management and Analytics Supervisor, the Workforce Management Analyst III will assist in monitoring, reviewing and analyzing the University’s workforce complement vis‑à‑vis employee capabilities, organization capacities, market/industry trends, and recommend appropriate actions.

I. Workforce Monitoring and Analytics

• Captures data on organization and employee profiles ( plantilla, workforce complement, job specifications/profiles, job levels/ranks, structure, reporting lines, etc.) in coordination with other HR sections, and recommends strategies to improve the seamless capture of data and integration of databases.
• Monitors potential and actual employee transitions and movements to determine the state of the University workforce in coordination with the HR Cluster.
