The HR Timekeeping Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee attendance and timekeeping records to support timely payroll processing. This role partners closely with Operations, Workforce Management (WFM), Payroll, and HR teams to validate attendance data, resolve timekeeping discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the company's timekeeping and attendance systems.
- Monitor employee attendance, work hours, tardiness, undertime, overtime, shift schedules, and leave transactions.
- Validate and reconcile timekeeping records before payroll cut-off to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies, missing logs, biometric issues, and timekeeping exceptions.
