Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not required).
- At least 1β2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Call Center Agent.
- At least 6 months of Workforce Management (WFM), scheduling, or reporting experience is highly preferred. Entry-level RTA candidates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
- Experience using WFM tools such as NICE IEX, Verint, Aspect, or Teleopti is a strong advantage
