Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of workforce management/planning experience within retail or high staff volume environments
- Knowledge of South African labour-related legislations (e.g. Labour Relations Act 1995, Basic Conditions of Employment Act 1997, Sectorial Determination 9)
- Proven analytical and business skills
- Proficiency in workforce management systems such as KRONOS, Genesys, CMS, etc.
