Role Summary
As the Workforce Product Support Manager, you will support the implementation and ongoing development of our Medical rostering system, working closely with stakeholders across the Trust to ensure the system is fully utilised and delivering value.
You will work with our suppliers and end users to test, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and contribute to strategies that improve user satisfaction and adoption. As part of the People Directorate, you will play a key role in delivering operational functionality to patient-facing colleagues, and workforce intelligence capability to the wider organisation.
