The Workforce Transformation Associate supports enterprises to translate business priorities into practical workforce actions, skills pathways, and implemented solutions through structured advisory, solution packaging and programme delivery.

This is a commercially and outcome-driven role with a core mandate to convert enterprise demand into delivered and revenue-generating workforce and capability solutions. The Associate guides companies to relevant workforce programmes, including Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP) pathways and Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) or Overseas Market Immersion Programme (OMIP) where applicable, and to capability interventions through Singapore Business Institute's (SBI) programmes.
