Salary: £40,000 Basic + Overtime & Package

Gap Construction are working with a well-established, family-run construction and building maintenance contractor based in King's Lynn. With a strong reputation across East Anglia and a consistent pipeline of work, the business is known for its long-standing client relationships and quality delivery across sectors including commercial, hospitality, pubs, retail, and refurbishment.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Site Manager / Working Foreman on a permanent basis to support projects across the region.

The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations across refurbishment and fit-out projects, often within live retail and hospitality environments.
