Position Overview

            Job Description

Supervise and coordinate tunneling activities during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Operate heavy duty equipment
Monitor the performance and productivity of the crew, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
Enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Ensure all team members are trained in safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Investigate and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and other project staff to ensure seamless workflow and address any technical or operational issues.
