Position Overview

Your tasks

  • Proactively and independently support day-to-day operational HR activities for our international locations (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Sweden).

  • Support in managing the entire employee lifecycle.

  • Assisting with and contributing to tasks from onboarding to offboarding, from A1 certificates to drafting contract documents.

  • Support and take ownership of specific payroll-related topics.

  • Assist in processing general administrative procedures across different countries.

  • Actively collaborate on cross-border international HR projects, focusing on digitalization and process standardization.

  • Contribute to developing new concepts and processes, including creating and editing PowerPoint presentations in English.

  • Conduct independent research on current HR trends, and prepare evaluations, statistics, and documentation.
