WorkPartners is hiring a full-time Strategy Specialist! This role will predominantly work remotely and will work standard daylight hours Monday - Friday. Preference will be given to those with prior experience working as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in an implementation role.

Under the general direction of the Business Operations Management team, this role will analyze, identify, propose and implement solutions for all business areas. Acts as subject matter expert supporting all areas and interacts with staff to answer questions and resolve issues as they arise. Oversees administrative and special projects as they relate to implementation of new products/business and maintenance of existing business.
