Description
Responsibilities:
β’ Welcome visitors and employees at the front desk, manage building entry, and ensure guests are signed in properly.
β’ Provide day-to-day concierge-style assistance by answering questions and directing individuals to the appropriate resources or areas.
β’ Maintain shared office spaces by restocking snacks, monitoring kitchen areas, and encouraging overall workplace tidiness.
β’ Coordinate office supply inventory by placing orders, receiving deliveries, and organizing materials in designated storage areas.
β’ Handle incoming mail and packages, including sorting, distribution, and basic shipment support.
β’ Support routine office functions that help the site operate efficiently and deliver a positive in-person experience.
β’ Use standard office software to complete administrative tasks, track requests, and communicate with internal teams as needed.
