Position Overview
Description We are looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Ambassador 3 to support a high-touch office environment in California. This is a Contract position focused on creating a welcoming, detail-oriented experience for employees, guests, and visitors while balancing front desk coverage with day-to-day workplace support. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to keep shared spaces organized, responsive, and client-ready throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
β’ Welcome employees, guests, and visitors with a detail-oriented, service-focused approach and provide guidance upon arrival.
β’ Oversee visitor intake activities such as sign-in, badging, and directional assistance while following site security expectations.
β’ Maintain an orderly front desk presence, answer incoming inquiries, and route calls or messages to the appropriate contacts.
