Job summary
This role focuses on engaging with workplaces across Nottinghamshire to support employers and their staff in improving health and wellbeing. You will work closely with local businesses to provide training, guidance, and access to services that promote healthier lifestyles, with a particular emphasis on reducing health inequalities related to tobacco use and increasing awareness of ABL services. As a Workplace Health Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based interventions within communities, including those in areas of greatest deprivation, helping individuals make positive and sustainable behaviour changes.
