Job Scope - Deliver day‑to‑day workplace experience operations across all office locations while maintaining consistent service standards during normal operations and renovation phases.
- Coordinate logistics, workspace moves, phased handovers, temporary work arrangements, and on‑site user support during renovation stage.
- Collect and analyse data on space utilisation, user feedback, service issues, and operational risks, escalating findings with factual insights.
- Work with Facilities Management and client stakeholders to ensure service continuity, incident response, and effective execution of workplace initiatives.
