As a Workplace Services Administrator, you will oversee daily services across vendors, maintenance, fleet and security, ensuring smooth operations and timely response to employee and infrastructure needs. You will lead onsite operational teams and coordinate with external providers while ensuring compliance with EHS requirements, audits and preventive maintenance activities. You will work closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders, report to the local Operations leadership, and work onsite In the north of Bogotá, Colombia.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will oversee daily operations across four businesses: vendors, maintenance, vehicles, and security, ensuring immediate response to all service needs.
