Position Overview

            Responsibilities Expertly diagnose and repair a wide range of electric motor failures from simple issues to complex rewinding needs. 
Perform precision rewinding of stators and rotors, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. 
Conduct thorough testing and analysis of motors post‑rewind, verifying performance and identifying any potential issues. 
Qualifications 5–8 years’ experience in a similar position. 
Good knowledge of motor rewinding. 
Strong leadership skills. 
Ability to handle and manage the rewinding workshop independently. 
Valid UAE driving licence. 
B‑tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 
Knowledge of rewinding and electrical workshop operation and coordination.
