Income: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour, depending on experience Based at our Ashburton branch, you’ll lead workshop operations to deliver efficient, high-quality service outcomes while supporting a capable and engaged team.
This is a practical, hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside technicians, providing guidance, maintaining workflow, and ensuring strong service standards in a busy agricultural environment.

Prepare, service, and deliver agricultural machinery to a high standard

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Complete servicing and repairs both in the workshop and on-farm
