This is a practical, hands‑on leadership role where you’ll work alongside technicians, providing guidance, maintaining workflow, and ensuring strong service standards in a busy agricultural environment.

• Prepare, service, and deliver agricultural machinery to a high standard
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Complete servicing and repairs both in the workshop and on‑farm
