The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Workshop Manager responsible for leading workshop operations, ensuring the efficient assembly, testing and maintenance of JFD products in line with company standards and business requirements. Focused on safety, quality and operational readiness, they will manage a multi-skilled team of technicians, maintain facilities and equipment to the highest standards, and drive continuous improvements in performance and efficiency.
