We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to lead a busy vehicle maintenance operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services.

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations (DVSA, Road Traffic Act, Health & Safety).
Drive productivity, reduce costs, and maintain service excellence.
Support strategic planning and continuous improvement of maintenance systems and procedures.
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure value for money.
