In this role, you will manage the Project/Country workshop facilities and related resources, guaranteeing an efficient maintenance and repair service for the company's fleet of heavy machinery and mobile plant.
Key Responsibilities - Workshop & Operations Management: Plan, schedule, and allocate day-to-day maintenance and repair jobs within the workshop and across project sites (including remote areas/right of way).
- Fleet Maintenance: Supervise and execute all levels of servicing, troubleshooting (mechanical and electronic), and repairs on earth-moving equipment, lifting equipment, trucks, and specific Oil & Gas machinery (e.g., pipelayers, bending machines).
