Job Details

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:

Execute workshop related maintenance activities, coordinate resources, and supervise multi-disciplinary teams of welders, fabricators, machinists, and Valve technicians in order to support maintenance activities within the assigned area.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

People Management

• Supervise the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that it is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in line with the business plans, and company policies and procedures.


• Recommend training and development as required for team members. Contribute to the development of Qatari employees.


• Train and coach direct reports, ensure technicians are trained and certified as required.
