As a member of the Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Team the WORN provides specialized holistic assessment and management as an interprofessional team member to meet the needs of individual families with ostomies, acute and chromic wounds, and urinary and fecal continence concerns.

SE Health is a participating employer of the Health Force Ontario (HFO) RN,RPN, Return of Service (CCPN): $25,000 funding for eligible nursing graduates in exchange for a 24‑month commitment to work full‑time.
