Position Overview

            Assist the Corporate Safety Manager in managing the corporate Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management system. 
Serve as the designated Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) for HDB projects 
Implement and oversee the project-specific WSHE management system and programs in alignment with corporate procedures. 
Conduct daily inspection and take follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance 
Conduct safety induction/ tool-box meeting / training and emergency drills 
Develop safety & emergency response procedures and spearhead safety committee 
Conduct Risk assessment and implementation of SWP at workplace 
Ensure PTW supporting documents are valid and in place for operational performance 
To inspect and examine workplace records, certificates, notices and documents kept or required to be kept under the WSHA.
