Are you an experienced construction professional with a strong background in wind turbine erection, heavy lifting operations, and site construction management? Join our team and play a critical role in delivering utility-scale wind energy projects.

As our WTG Construction Manager, you will lead and oversee all on-site wind turbine construction and erection activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Review and evaluate lifting and erection plans for tower sections, nacelles, and blades

✅ Coordinate crane hardstand design, preparation, and load-bearing capacity verification with civil contractors

✅ Review crane load calculations, ground bearing pressure assessments, and outrigger pad sizing

✅ Supervise heavy lift operations, crane mobilization, positioning, and rigging activities
