Job Description

1. Community Engagement & Planning (20%)
• Facilitate partnerships and networking among local stakeholders (community groups, mass organizations, NGOs, government agencies) to mobilize resources for child well being, aligned with ADP stakeholder mapping. 
• Build capacity for local partners of development principles as a sheet bed for growing technical models
• Raise community and partner awareness on World Vision’s identity, Core Values, and child focused, community based development approach. 
• Build capacity for communities and partners to participate in ADP planning and the annual community review process, ensuring relevance to local context, challenges, and opportunities. 
• Lead commune level planning activities and facilitate annual community review and planning sessions to strengthen program impact, ownership, and sustainability.
