Job Description

1. Design and Planning (20%)
- Provide assistant to the Project Manager to develop action plan at grassroots levels, ensuring the integration between the project activities and ADPs’ interventions as well as government’s programs. 
- Identify potential stakeholders and resources for partnerships/project implementation in the target locations.
- Establish partnership with appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify problems and alternative solutions as well as opportunities for partnership by participating in community needs assessments including stakeholder analysis and situation analysis in collaboration with other ADP team members/project implementing partner/local partners. 

2. Project Activities Implementation (55%)

- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with project implementing partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders in the targeted areas to ensure successful project implementation.
