Yard Helper


What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking Yard Helper to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role is responsible for performing operational duties related to receiving, storing, and delivering material. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining equipment, loading, unloading, and hauling heavy equipment.

What you’ll do:

+ Maintain safe job site.

+ Loads, unloads, and transports heavy trucks, equipment, and material.

+ Material shipping and receiving procedures.

+ Maintain equipment and report equipment abuse or component tampering.

+ Follows driver/yard procedures and responsibilities.

+ Performs cleanup at end of day or when job is completed, including cleaning tools, putting tools in proper storage areas, and sweeping floors.

+ Advise supervisor immediately if additional work is needed.
