Department: Yield Engineering Department

Report to: Yield engineering section leader

Functional Relationships with: All departments in Murata (TUAS) Singapore

POSITION PROFILE:

Based in: Singapore

The successful candidate will: Primarily work closely with manufacturing to promote yield loss and to optimize total production system through strong collaboration with other departments.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Yield loss & Defective rate improvement.
• Lead team for yield loss improvement activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams from various department to improve yield performance.
• Identify yield opportunities and set preliminary yields targets.
• Prepares reports, publishes findings, and makes presentations to communicate results.
