Rotherwood Recruitment are currently recruiting Support Workers to join a supported accommodation service in Blackpool, supporting young people aged 16-18 as they transition into independent living.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced support workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people. You'll play a vital role in helping them build confidence, develop essential life skills and work towards a brighter future.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to both male and female young people with a range of complex needs. The young people you support may present with challenging behaviours, mental health needs, emotional trauma and a history of absconding, so you'll need to remain calm, resilient and consistent in your approach.
