Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings across job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and assist in initial resume screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Help coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop your skills and understanding of the hiring process.

Qualifications
