The Therapeutic Care Worker (Youth Mentor) provides trauma-informed care, guidance, and supervision to female adolescents who have experienced abuse or neglect. The role focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes healing, personal growth, and overall well‑well‑well while ensuring residents' physical, emotional, educational, social, and spiritual needs are met.
