About The Role

As a Youth Tutor , you will deliver engaging, practical training to our Level 2 Youth Guarantee learners while fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every ākonga feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged to succeed. Through high-quality teaching, mentoring, and pastoral care, you will support learners to build confidence, develop practical skills, and successfully progress into further study. Working closely with the Learner Success team and wider campus staff, you will help ensure every learner receives the guidance and support they need to achieve positive educational outcomes.
