About the Role

The Youth Work Coordinator is responsible for coordinating rosters and managing timesheets for Youth Workers across the Toowoomba region, including Family Based Care, Residential Care, and Supported Independent Living (SILS) services. This role is primarily administration-focused and plays a key part in ensuring effective workforce coordination and operational support.

This position is being offered as Full-Time Permanent and is based in our Toowoomba office. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Provide supervision to the youth work team in line with organisational requirements.


• Prepare rosters to ensure risks are managed, and staff levels reflect the needs of clients.
