About the Role We are recruiting a Youth Worker to be deployed at a primary school in BoonLay. This is a part‑time, school‑based contract role supporting student discipline, welfare, mentoring, and character development. The role is suitable for candidates with experience working with children, youth, or families in support, mentoring, student welfare, or community‑facing settings.
Key Responsibilities - Provide one‑to‑one mentoring and befriending support to students with higher support needs, including students assigned disciplinary consequences by the school.
