This Youth Mentor position offers the chance to support young people aged 16–25 in supported accommodation across Dudley, helping them build independence, sustain their tenancy, and work towards moving into their own home.
You’ll be delivering one-to-one support, acting as a key worker and helping young people create support plans focused on education, employment, budgeting, wellbeing, life skills and tenancy responsibilities. This is a rewarding role for someone who values person-centred support, safeguarding, positive engagement and helping young people live confidently and independently.
