Connect with identified students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration (≈ 6 months), build positive relationships and contribute to their holistic development.
Provide academic and/or socio‑emotional support during curriculum hours if students are unable to integrate back to class or catch up due to absences.
Conduct house visits and ferry identified students to school if student is absent from school for more than 3 days without valid reasons (more details will be shared upon award).
Plan and conduct intervention programmes customised to students’ needs and aligned to the school’s efforts in character development after school on Tuesdays, which include but are not limited to:
Academic support programme
Mentoring programme
Engagement programme
Observe/identify and document the key needs of the students and report such cases to the Year Heads / Assistant Year Heads...
