Programme Management and Implementation - Work with vendors to customise, and implement structured support UPLIFT programme(s) (eg. LOL and GLOW programmes) tailored to meet diverse student needs.
- Create and curate programme resources whilst managing administrative tasks including student progress monitoring.
- Conduct twice-weekly student check‑ins during the planned UPLIFT programme/activities with follow‑up support for students requiring additional assistance.
