About the Role

We are seeking a Youth Worker to support student management, discipline matters, behaviour intervention, and student well-being in a structured school environment.

The role involves working closely with the Student Development Team, Student Management Team, teachers, students, and relevant stakeholders. The successful candidate should be comfortable supporting students who require behavioural guidance, emotional support, and supervision during school hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Student Development Team and Student Management Team in student management and discipline matters.
• Conduct investigations, prepare reports, and communicate with relevant stakeholders, where required.
• Assist in drafting and administering behavioural management documentation and forms.
