Rovaniemen kaupunki seeks a group facilitator for the Youth Workshop Kulttuuriverstas in a permanent role. Monitoritalo Mondella hosts activities for youths aged 15–28 and focuses on daily life skills through cultural youth work methods, with two groups Kota and Verstas offering nature/arts-based and practical cultural tasks.

In addition to group facilitation, individual coaching is provided; six‑month probation applies.
