WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own and manage one or more YouTube channels end-to-end — uploads, metadata, thumbnails, and scheduling
• Develop and execute a channel growth strategy based on niche research, competitor analysis, and audience data
• Conduct keyword research and optimise video titles, descriptions, tags, and closed captions for YouTube SEO
• Plan and manage a content calendar in coordination with the video production team
• Monitor YouTube Analytics — tracking CTR, watch time, subscriber growth, and revenue metrics
• Manage and grow channel monetization through AdSense, memberships, Super Thanks, and sponsorship pipelines
• Identify trending topics and viral content opportunities within the channel's niche
