Second lane: cuts weekly podcast cutdowns for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram — turning the team's recurring podcast episodes into platform-native short-form pieces that extend reach across the social platforms. Operates under the Director of Video Content's YouTube strategy and the Head of Social's overarching social strategy.
