BIM Coordinator Location: East Area / North West Area / West Area
Working Day: 5days Mon - Fri
Working Hour: 44 hours
Salary: $3500 - $5000
Responsibilities - Develop, create, and coordinate models from all trades for ongoing and completed projects.
- Review and organize models and data collected from third-party sources (CAD and BIM models).
- Coordinate and review multi-disciplinary BIM models.
- Assist with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) coordination.
- Manage and process change orders.
- Track project milestones across different phases.
- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders through appropriate communication channels.
- Ensure project operations comply with company standards and client specifications.
- Document project issues and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.
