Responsibilities Recruitment, Selection & Offboarding - Manage the recruitment and selection process under the guidance of the Head, People & Culture, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, reference checks, and providing support to hiring managers.
- Obtain the necessary employment permits for non-local employees.
- Prepare administrative forms and documentation for new employees upon commencement.
- Manage the offboarding process under the guidance of the Manager, People & Culture, including resignation acceptance, preparation of separation documents, coordination with relevant parties for handover and offboarding, and arranging exit interviews.
