Social Worker

• Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
• Location: Buangkok
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (44 hours per week)
• Shift options: 8am to 5pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm
• Once a month 8am - 8pm shift

• Develop individualised care plans for residents
• Execute the care plan and monitor progress
• Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs
• Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents

• Degree in Social Work
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
