We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Zendesk Support & Insights Analyst to take ownership of our Zendesk environment and drive continuous improvement across our contact centre operations.
This is not a ticket-handling role — it’s about platform ownership, optimisation, and turning data into meaningful business insights. What You’ll Be Doing Own and optimise Zendesk (workflows, routing, automations, configurations) Manage multi-channel support (voice, email, chat, social) Ensure system performance, data integrity, and SLA alignment Deliver enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and clients Focus on identifying and delivering technical improvements to the platform including automations, bots and agentic AI MI, Reporting & Insights Build and evolve dashboards and reports (Zendesk Explore & beyond) Translate data into actionable insights...
